"With 3H Holidays, Kristy was given the opportunity to go away without Richard or myself. It was brave of her to get on a coach with a bunch of strangers and go off for a week. She had sun, fun and adventures. She only wanted to go on the adventure breaks as she was a bit of an adrenaline junkie and these holidays gave her the opportunity to do amazing things. She has been caving, abseiling, canoeing, rock climbing, and horse riding (which she absolutely loved!). On top of all that, she spent many a late night dancing and singing as only Kristy could, and with miles of smiles , she made many many friends whilst of course, being Kristy, helping all the other guests. If they weren’t brave enough to do anything she would say 'do it with me then' or 'shall I do it with you?'.
"There are very few groups who offer this kind of break away for young people with disabilities. We were very lucky that Kristy has several holidays with them and hope that many more people can continue to do the same."
